Forge Homes is an experienced residential developer operating across Kent, Essex and London. Founded in 2021, lifelong friends and directors Dan and Harry deliver high-quality residential developments through strong site management and exceptional construction standards.
We specialises in high-specification new-build and regeneration schemes, supported by an experienced in-house team covering land acquisition, marketing and commercial management, alongside dedicated site teams overseeing construction and quality control on every project.
Our portfolio includes completed schemes at Meadowbrook Farm in Rochford, Vulcan House in Wanstead and Southfields in Orsett. Duke’s Row marks the company’s first central London scheme and reflects its move into higher-value, design-led urban development.

As residential developers we delver a select number or new bullas In prime locations, designed to complement the surroundings. Unlike volume-lead developers, our focus is quality over quantity, with each home receiving multiple quality checks throughout the entire build process.

We also work in close partnership with our development partner Salboy collaborating from design through to completion lo ensure every project is delivered to the highest possible standard.
