Duke’s Row will be a five-storey building

Made up of 10 one/two/three-bed apartments as well as a three-bedroom penthouse. Property sizes range from 52 sqm to 135 sqm. All of the apartments come with private terraces or balconies, and the penthouse benefits from a 75 sqm, west-facing wraparound terrace.

Duke’s Row is located in the heart of north London’s busy Camden Town neighbourhood, popular with young professionals and young families who want close proximity to the city centre. A lively shopping, entertainment and restaurant scene is available on the residents’ doorstep; Regent’s Park can be reached on foot in 18 minutes, and King’s Cross’ regeneration scheme Coal Drops Yard (home to the new Google HQ) is only 20 minutes’ away on foot or less than 10 minutes by bike. The scheme is also a two-minute walk from Mornington Crescent underground station with fast links into central London, the City, Canary Wharf and Heathrow.

Site Monthly Updates

December

Works are scheduled to commence on site for the Harrington Square development. Initial mobilisation will begin, including site setup, hoarding installation, and preparation for groundworks. The project team is finalising logistics and ensuring all compliance measures are in place.

January

Site setup is now complete, and early-stage works are underway. This includes preliminary excavation and preparation for foundation works. Coordination continues with Camden Council to ensure all works align with conservation area requirements.

February

Foundation works are progressing steadily. Piling activities are ongoing, forming a key structural base for the development. The team continues to manage site logistics carefully due to the constrained urban location.

March

Piled foundations are nearing completion. Substructure works are beginning, including groundwork preparation. Activity on site is increasing as the project transitions into the next construction phase.

April

Piling works have now been completed, and substructure groundworks are in full progress. These works will continue throughout April, aiming to complete the ground floor slab by early to mid-May.

A tower crane installation is scheduled for the end of April, requiring a mobile crane for one day. A scaffold gantry will also be installed at the site frontage to ensure pedestrian safety.

May

The tower crane has been erected and will now be in use moving forward on the project. We have been continuing with the substructure works installing the pile caps and ground beams ready for the commencement of the steel frame structure in June.

During the month, we hosted a community event in collaboration with Single Homeless Project, where four artists transformed our Camden hoarding with unique murals inspired by true stories supported by the charity.

June

During this busy month we will see the steel superstructure of the building commence along with reinforcement works to the Ground & 1st Floor Slabs. A partial section of the footway gantry will be installed which will accommodate the site welfare whilst maintaining access for pedestrians along Harrington Square.
