Members of the Forge Homes team have successfully completed a three-day First Aid at Work course, delivered by Matrix Safety Training & Support.
The training formed part of our continued commitment to investing in our people and maintaining high standards of health and safety across the business.
Over the three days, the team took part in a range of practical and theory-based sessions covering essential first aid skills, including CPR, AED use, choking, bleeding control and responding to emergency scenarios.
A key focus of the course was putting those skills into practice, with realistic, hands-on exercises designed to give our team the confidence to respond effectively should an emergency occur in the workplace.
For Forge Homes, creating a safe working environment goes beyond policies and procedures. It is about ensuring our people have the knowledge, training and confidence they need to look after themselves and those around them, whether they are working in the office or out on one of our sites.
We are pleased to confirm that everyone who took part successfully completed the course, strengthening the level of first aid knowledge and support available across the Forge team.
